Our Board of Directors provide direction and strategic input and ensure our strategy creates long term value for businesses. The Board meets on a quarterly basis. The Executive Group meets on a quarterly basis and makes recommendations for policy decisions which are submitted to the Board.
The day-to-day running of the Company is the responsibility of the executive team, led by Sarah Porter, Chief Executive.
