
Sarah's prime responsibility is to direct and lead the company to successfully achieve its pledges as expressed in its 2007-2012 Renewal Proposal – both operationally, through its clean and safe agenda and aspirationally, helping facilitate large scale projects of public realm improvements.
Her mandate is to ensure the Alliance provides a voice for business and in partnership with others, a catalyst for positive change.
Karen’s responsibility is to lead the communications strategy ensuring that the aims of the Alliance are translated into results-driven, carefully tailored campaigns.
Karen’s remit is to build rapport and information sharing amongst the business community, develop the potential of the website, work as an integral part of the West End Marketing Alliance and drive through exciting campaign plans which support trading and promote the area.

Charlotte works closely with Karen to provide executive support assisting with database management, WEMA campaign activity, developing promotional offers to benefit businesses, sourcing information for the website diary, events and inputting Twitter news.
Dave’s role is to oversee the operational services managed by Heart of London Business Alliance. He works in partnership with businesses, stakeholders, Westminster City Council, Metropolitan Police and all those contractors operating in the Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus area to address issues and help make it a welcoming and navigable destination.

Rico co-ordinates all day-to-day street operations and services, working closely with our Operations Manager. By identifying and reporting highway or environmental issues that have a detrimental impact on the streets, he ensures that issues are addressed and problems are quickly solved.

Ben adopts a rigorous approach to project management ensuring clear objectives, performance measures and key milestones are in place and backed by the financial delivery and original brief.
Jeremy provides a wide range of business support to assist the communications and operations teams. He is also responsible for the ongoing management of the content of our websites, producing email newsletters, monitoring and communicating flootflow data, invoicing, IT and resources.
