Our Partners

West Minster Council

Westminster City Council

We work closely with Westminster City Council, the main determining authority for the Heart of London area.  We strive to build close working relationships with WCC, who have been very supportive of our work and the work of Business Improvement Districts in the Capital as a whole.

Two key legal agreements exist between the Heart of London Business Alliance and WCC: an Operating Agreement which provides the basis for collecting the BID levy and a Baseline Agreement which details the service specification we will deliver throughout the current BID period (2007-2012).
