West End Live will be returning to Leicester Square on Saturday 19th June and Sunday 20th June 2010 to showcase the depth and diversity of entertainment and culture available in the West End. This free event, organised by Westminster City Council, features live performances from over 20 high profile musical theatre shows currently showing in the West End.

The event aims to promote the West End as a legitimate and safe venue for family friendly entertainment, increase footfall to the event from the previous year and generate interest in West End shows.

We work with WCC to obtain layout details for the event to ensure businesses are aware of the event and can brief staff accordingly.

Results of West End Live 2009

The event attracted an estimated 250,000 people to Leicester Square Gardens, which was an increase of 50,000 on the previous year and 19% more than the targeted 210,000. An estimated £3.5m was spent by visitors to West End Live over the course of the weekend. Press coverage included articles in The Evening Standard, thelondonpaper, London Lite, Time Out and The Guardian Guide, with an estimated value of £530,800.
