June 2007 saw us launch our first Report Card and have been sending you specific cards detailing exactly which services have provided to you over a three month period.

Over the last few years, the Heart of London has provided you with information via monthly ebulletins and Quarterly Reviews. We are now changing and enhancing the way we communicate with you and have introduced enhanced methods of reporting how we work with you.
