If your Card is lost, stolen or damaged, you must report your card lost/stolen as soon as possible using the form provided on the website. There is a £2 fee for a replacement card.

If a WOW card User ceases to be entitled to access offers available through the WOW card, through a change in employment status, or for any other reason, then the member account will be closed.

Your Card will automatically expire as per the date shown on the card, new cards will then be available at a cost determined by Heart of London Business Alliance.

Your employer can order Cards online from the Heart of London Business Alliance website at www.heartoflondonbid.co.uk. Alternatively, cards may be periodically distributed by Heart of London Business Alliance direct to the Businesses within the Heart of London BID area or by such other means as Heart of London Business Alliance may determine.

For a list of the locations at which you can use your WOW card, please go to www.heartoflondonbid.co.uk, Heart of London reserves the right to increase or reduce the numbers of such locations at its absolute discretion.

Heart of London Business Alliance reserves the right to suspend or cancel your Card or to terminate or limit any of your rights under these Terms in its reasonable discretion if it deems that your registration for or use of the Card is in any way fraudulent or unauthorised.

Your employer may also apply terms and conditions to your use of the WOW card and website - please ask Your HR Department / Store manager for details.

Heart of London Business Alliance may modify the Service from time to time for any reason and without notice including the right to terminate all or part of the Services with or without notice without any liability to you.
